STARCOR Won the Xinjiang Kork Media Platform Bidding

In August 2015, STARCOR won Xinjiang Kork media platform project, branch of China Telcom, for its comprehensive industry experience, strong technical strength and a goood market reputation.
This project is a local response to a governmental policy of
booming the economy along the Silk Road and Sea Silk Road ecnomic area which aims to develop the Uygur
language market to meet the local demand of video ane broadcast culture. This platform will be consist
of four softwares of video, broadcasting, web and TV set respectively to meet the business operation demand
which will be provided by China Telecom (Xinjiang) and the Chinese Broadcasting content provider. STARCOR,
on the other side, will offer its professional platform and operational service to Kork Media. The
further goal of this project is to facilitate video industry in middle-west Asia, accelerating the
development of the surrounding area as well as to promote the interaction between Chinese and
middle-western Asia cultures.
Born to be talented in singing and dancing, Xinjing people plays a very important role in Chinese culture. It has, through long history, formed a very religious atmosphere and various cuntoms which are considered as an indispensable part of Chinese cultures. This is also the reason why Chinese government put this project in such a strategic place. Kork media platform will develop several mobile applications which are rich in ethnical culture for both Chinese and Uygur language users. In order to meet various demands for different users, STARCOR will analyze the market demands and the ratio of minority users as well as the living distribution, to integrate contents like folk music, video, religious cultures and other forms of resources.
This conprehensive platform will level up the development of the local video applications and IPTV industry in Xinjiang to make their life more and more colorful by adopting abundant resources, strengthening the sharing, blending and spreading among different peoples in aspects of politics, cultures and economies, etc.
