STARCOR had built a provincial comprehensive internet broadcast platform in Jilin with Mango TV which has integrated creatively with local IPTV to make the pattern IPTV+OTT happen. STARCOR provides local operation service like comprehensive video broadcasting and controling platform,content injection and operation, EPG customized development,etc. The platform, which went online in March, 2014, covers a huge number of users through China Unicom broadband internet and has now gained a rapid growth of the number of users who would like to pay for the TV programs.
