STARCOR had built a provincial OTT platform in Fujian with Mango TV and Huawei based on the local bandwidth development of China Mobile(Fujian). STARCOR will provide software and hardware service like customized broadcasting platform,EPG,CDN,etc. as well as local operation service.The platform has covered a huge number of users of families and companies with a mobile broadband network. More than 200,000 VOD programs stored in the CDN which can play for 120,000 hours. And the platform is available for 41 live channels and 3*24 hours of TV catch-up.
