The IPTV+ platform for China Telecom (Hunan) is a custermized smart TV operating system based on Android OS which makes the visual experience clearer, smoother and the operation smarter. It is an upgradeed products of Hunan IPTV. 4K HD movies are able to play for more 200 hours, 128 live channels including 23 China Central Television channels like CCTV1, CCTV3 and CCTV5, etc. The project has been divided into several stages with the first one realizing the following illustrated functions.
