Cambodia SingMeng STV OTT

SingMeng launched its nationwide IPTV+OTT project in Cambodia with STARCOR's technology. The platform covers mobile users via 3G and 4G signal, and TV users through FTTH. It offers access to 130 live channels (105 SD and 25HD) with 40 SD and 10 HD channels offering live, time-shift and playback services on mobile devices. 10,000hrs’ (2,000hrs’ HD and 8,000hrs’ SD)of programming is stored in the central CDN.
